Winfield’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Enjoy special dining events and Sunday Brunch. Located at the top of our four-story tropical atrium, the Gazebo Bar & Grille features classic bar fare with inventive small-bite menu items. Select from seasonal drink menus featuring fresh fruit cocktails, boutique cognacs and small house ports.
Relaxing Breakfasts: – At Hyatt Regency Greenwich, you will want to make a point of taking the time to savor your morning meal. Begin with a hot cup of freshly brewed Starbuck’s coffee. Move onto a warm Belgian waffle topped with fresh berries and Vermont maple syrup. Order a fluffy three-egg omelet with spinach, feta cheese and olives. Pair it with savory breakfast sausages and whole wheat toast.
A la Carte and Buffet Lunches –Sample our amazing daily lunch buffet with selections like the carving station, an array of side salads, cheese, fruit and vegetable displays, and a tempting dessert cart. Take your time over a three-course lunch including Shrimp Cocktail, Herb-crusted Chicken Breast and a Flourless Chocolate Cake.
Casually Elegant Dinners – The setting is romantic and elegant but still casual enough to meet friends for a quick bite before heading into New York City. Begin with Clams on the Half Shell. Set the tone for romance with a traditional New England clambake for two. Then share an all-American apple cobbler topped with fresh vanilla ice cream.
